Bahan pangan tinggi zat besi
Bunda ini adalah beberapa bhn pangan yg mengandung zat
besi,kebutuhan hariannya •
After your child is one year old, give no more than three 8 ounce servings of whole cow, goat, or soy milk per day. After your child is 2 years old, low fat or nonfat milks should be used in place of whole milks. Vitamin D-fortified milk is a good source of calcium and vitamin D, but not iron.(Setelah 1th berikan 3-8ons/porsi susu sapi,kambing,soya/hr. Ank 2th berikan susu lowfat atau nonfat)
• Give your child a diet with iron-rich foods such as iron-fortified breads and iron-fortified cereals and lean meats. See Dietary Sources of Iron(berikan makanan kaya zat besi seperti roti/cereal/daging)
• Include fruits, vegetables or juices that are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C helps your child absorb non-heme iron especially when the food that is a source of non-heme iron and the vitamin C-rich food are eaten at the same meal. (Berikan jg buah,sayur yg tinggi vit C untuk membantu penyerapannya)

Mehmed II
Mehmed II (March 30, 1432 – May 3, 1481) (Ottoman Turkish: محمد ثانى Meḥmed-i s̠ānī, Turkish: II. Mehmet), (also
known as el-Fātiḥ (الفاتح,
"the Conqueror" in Ottoman Turkish, in modern Turkish, Fatih Sultan
Mehmet; also called Mahomet II[1][2] in early modern Europe) was Sultan of the
Ottoman Empire (Rûm until the conquest) for a short time from 1444 to September
1446, and later from February 1451 to 1481. At the age of 21, he conquered
Constantinople and brought an end to the Byzantine Empire, absorbing its
administrative apparatus into the Ottoman state. Mehmed continued his conquests
in Asia, with the Anatolian reunification, and in Europe, as far as Belgrade.
Mehmed II is regarded as a national hero in Turkey, and his name has been given
to Istanbul's Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge.

Secara umum dapat dikatakan bahwa
salah satu sumber pengetahuan manusia terpenting adalah pengalaman, entah
pengalaman lahir maupun pengalaman batin. Pengetahuan juga bisa berasal dari
pengalaman langsung dengan lingkungan sekitar ataupun dari pengalaman tidak
langsung melalui sebuah proses perantaraan. Pengetahuan saya tentang ‘api itu
panas’ bisa diperoleh dari dua sumber, yaitu pengalaman langsung dengan
menyentuh sendiri api sehingga kesan yang masuk ke dalam kesadaran kemudian
menerakan ‘panas’ sebagai predikat ‘api’; atau melalui pengalaman tidak
langsung dengan mendengar cerita dari orang, membaca penjelasan dari buku, dan
sebagainya. Semua pengetahuan hasil pengalaman itu tidak sama sifatnya.
Pengalaman langsung bersifat lebih kuat, lebih hidup, dan lebih nyata karena
dialami langsung. Sedangkan pengalaman tidak langsung kurang kuat, kurang
hidup, dan seringkali samar-samar. Bagi saya yang belum pernah ke daerah
bersalju tentu hanya akan memperoleh pengetahuan tentang salju dari pengalaman
tidak langsung, entah itu dari cerita orang yang pernah pergi ke daerah
bersalju, dari menonton televisi, atau membaca buku. Pengetahuan saya tentang
salju yang dingin, lembut, dan ringan itu kurang meyakinkan karena bukan indra
saya sendiri yang mengalami dingin, lembut, dan ringan. Jadi, sumber
pengetahuan utama adalah pengalaman langsung bergumul dengan lingkungan hidup.
